Upon completion of your contract your sales counselor will notify us of your commitment and decision. We, in turn, will contact you to set up an appointment as soon as we have received your purchase agreement. You should expect this to occur within a week of signing your contract - depending on your builder’s contract approval process.

Start thinking about and coordinating your schedule, setting aside times which are best for you to come to the showroom. Having several available times in mind when we call will allow the fun to begin that much sooner.

Appointment Options

Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm and last two hours. In your first two-hour appointment you will begin to see your ideas take shape. Between your appointments you will have time to review and browse, if necessary, on your own before coming back and finalizing your decisions with your consultant.

Should you be a buyer relocating to Dallas/Ft Worth area not currently living in the Metroplex, be sure to let our scheduling coordinator know so that she may work with your travel schedule.
